Standalone build download not available

I have just upgraded from IS PRO 11.5 to IS PRO 2008, only to discover that standalone build has been moved from Pro into Premier. KB article Q113236 says I should be able to get a download for SAB to work with my new 2008, but the download link gives 404 error.

How can I get SAB for 2008 Pro please? My build processes rely on SAB so I am now stuck.

Also, unless I'm mistaken, you'll have to get Acresso sales to generate you a special productkey to install the SAB. Your 2008 Pro key won't work.

Someone correct me if that's changed.

The download server referenced by Q113236 is now up and running, have downloaded the Setup and installed it using the same key as my IS PRO 2008. I've yet to try running it, but it looks okay so far!

Anyone able to tell me what the deal is with a knowledge base article being listed, but inaccessible?

Actually searching Acresso's KB for the ID resulted in nothing, I had to Google it and came up with http://support.installshield.com/kb/kblist.asp?pl=1&e=&v=&start=50&pagesize=50&btnG=List+KBs

Did Acresso change some policy regarding the use of SAB, because I can't even find the documentation that I had previously found when researching the differences between pro and pre that indicated as user of 11.5 upgrading to 2008 pro I would be eligible to get SAB.
