Splash screen gif doesn't working

Hi,

  InstallShield document shows splash screen can be either bmp or gif. But gif file is not working as expected. The gif behaves as a normal image. Did i missed anything like colour width , resolution,max size ?

Any help is appreciated.I have a attached a sample gif for reference.

Please note that the file must be named setup.gif

Also I don't think your animation/gif video will work. Maybe try a static gif instead.
