I'm curious, is there a Flexera written Silverlight Prereq that would work with IS2009? I've checked the downloader and aside from .net and visual j++ language packs I'm not seeing anything.
You can write your own Silverlight Prereq and add this as part of your Redistributables. Goto Tools-Prerequisite Editor. Goto through the Help for futher info on how you can write your own prerequisite.
