SigningHelper: error 0x80190193 while attempting to sign file
Hi When building a project we get this error, when starting the build under another user everything is working just fine. So I'm looking for user specific setting.

Hi remko_peters,
You are trying build with the same user who installed installshield or its different user, meaning if user A installed installshield and you are log in user A credentials and build the project right
The certificate are coming from certificate store? If yes, it's installed to store by the same user you logged in to build if not install the certificate with current user or installed certificate to machine instead of user so that all user will get access to the certificates
Refer below kb for importing certificate to store
Also make sure you have installed the hotfix for digital signing

Hi @varul
A user A (admin) has installed Installshield. User B has used it and was working successfully. Now User C takes over from user B.
And only this part of the build process is not working.
We are using the method with a pfx-file. So no personal certificate-stores.
Best,
Remko

Hi remko_peters,
Did you installed the hotfix in your machine or not? Please check if not installed install it
Check both B and C has preqvileages like if B has administrator make sure C has a administrator access and check both user permissions.
If you still have issue please raise a support ticket.
