Show Default Language in Language Selection Dialog

My OS language is English.
Currently the default language displayed in Language Selection Dialog is English.
But I want to change this to German.
I have changed the default language to German in General Information and in Release.
But still the default language shown in the Language Selection Dialog is English.
How can i achieve this?

If your system language matches a language included in your release the install will default to that language. It only uses the default if none of the included languages match the system: http://helpnet.flexerasoftware.com/installshield17helplib/IHelpGlobLangDlg.htm
