Setup built using InstallShield 2016 Premier is Crashing

Hi,

One of my clients have been using InstallShield 2012 Professional. As they had to support mutilanguage setup they wanted to upgrade to the premier version. since the 2012 version was not available it was decide to try with the 2016 premier trial version.

The build was successful but the issue is that when we run the set up, the setup crashes. The only way it runs is by setting the "Compatibility Mode" in its properties.

But this is just a work around, we are trying to look for a more permanent and proper solution to this.

Has anyone faced something like this before? Any help or suggestions will be greatly helpful. Let me know if you need any more information.

No I have not tried it,

I have downloaded the trial version for testing it out before purchase of the complete license. Will i have access to the SP1 download as well?

The free trial of InstallShield should have been updated with InstallShield 2016 SP1 on our server.
