Setup Pre-requisite download and install from Web if it is not found on CD.

Is it possible to use a local copy of the pre-req if it’s there, or download it if it doesn’t exist? i.e. if we shipped a CD with the pre-req on it then it woudn’t need to download, but if we give someone a setup.exe that didn’t have the prereq folder it downloaded them from Web instead.
This is exactly how it works. If they're set to install from local media, they will be copied into your project's build. If this is uncompressed, you remove the files, and the download URLs are provided, they will be downloaded at installation time.
