Service clients do not have access to services on Windows 2012

Hi,

our software has a few services and each has own client (GUI) to start/stop/monitor. When installed on Windows 2012 clients can not start/stop services unless they run "As Administrator". I am in administrators group but it doesn't help.
Question: is there setting in InstallShield that controls permissions to start/stop services? I have tried to play with file permissions - no avail.

Thank you

What user does the service execute under? We have had to change the service from Local to NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService.

Is it possible to set it up in InstallShield?

Have you tried the User Name setting available in the Services view under the System Configuration section? The Password setting can be blank for the NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService account.
