Reactivation installshield

Hello,

I'm not able to reactived my license on InstallShield 2011.

I choose offline activation, it show me the request text, i click "next" and after it say me "Activation Complete!".

So after i start InstallShield and the popup "InstallShield Reactivation" appear again.

What i must do ? Thanks.

Hi @,

Can you try the below:

a. TSConfig /return-TSConfig you will find under InstallShield's system folder Eg:C:\Program Files<86>\InstallShield\2011\System\TSConfig.exe

b. Process return request via InstallShield Activation Service (https://activationservice.installshield.com/doLogin.do)

• Note-If you can't do,feel free to send request file to Flexera support via:

  support@flexerasoftware.com.You will get response from them.

c. Set TransactionPendingKey to 2 using regedit software under the registry key of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstallShield\17\
d. Launch InstallShield and load response
e. TSConfig /activate
f. Process request via ISAS (https://activationservice.installshield.com/doLogin.do)-Same note applies  here as well.
g. Set TransactionPendingKey to 1 under the registry key of  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstallShield\17\
h. Launch InstallShield and load response
