Hi,We have a problem with old version of InstallShield (version 12). problem is that after we extended C partition where IS 12 is installed it asks for re-activation. It seems that activation via Internet is not working anymore and via e-mail has some old (e-mail address). I do not have option in this portal to open new case.

 

How should we proceed?
