can't move license to new box; can't run on old box.

http://www.installshield.com/offlineactivation -- error code 20. The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

According to https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield-Forum/Offline-Activate-page-down/m-p/165071 the URL has changed.

Try https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/offlineActivation

Don't even think the URL changed, just that Flexera put the wrong one in AS 2020.
Something in the back of my head said that i used a different URL at earlier activations
so i Google'd it and found the correct one.
Last time i installed Admin Studio this wasn't incorrect....
