Sorry for asking the obvous: Do you have a license for version 2020 (do you have an active maintenance plan or buy that version)?
Are you logged in to the correct account? (Your company may have multiple logins with different IDs or permissions)
If the answers are yes, then I think your best option is to contact support to get this fixed.

Than you for your reply. The answers are yes, i'm already in contact with the Support Team. But the problem isn't solved till now.
