Productivity Power Tools
When I have Productivity Power Tools installed the IDE crashes when there is an InstallShield LE project in the solution.
Is there a fix for this yet?

Hello Scott,
I was not able to replicate the issue in-house. I had InstallShield Project open in solution during installation of Productivity Power Tool.
Could you kindly create new Admin user account and check if same behavior persists?
Also could you kindly refer the below link which has hotfix and test if applying this hotfix would resolve the issue?

I tried the hotfix first and that did not help.
It looks like it's something in my profile. When I had someone else log on to my laptop I had no problems. With or without that hotfix applied.
So at this point I guess I'm going to have to live with not having the Productivity Tools installed until I'm finished having to use InstallShield LE. It's just too much resetting up if I have to recreate my profile.
