Problems reactivating Installshield 2015

I have a problem while attempting to re-activate our installation of Installshield 2015, it started asking us for a reactivation today:

On-Line activation returns: "Error 0 - Activation of serial number failed: The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed [0]"

On-Line deactivation (tsconfig.exe /return) returns: "Error 51404 - Failed to connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again"

We cant currently deactivate our installation to activate it again on the same machine. How could we proceed?

Hi @spazos ,

See whether you can return the  license offline by executing below command from the installshield system folder:

TSConfig.exe /return /no_internet

Then process the xml through the offline activation link:

https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/offlineActivation

And, load the response xml back to your response field in the activation window.

Thank you for your answer @banna_k. We followed these steps but we were not successful, we ended up needing to contact support and open a case to get our license reactivated.
