Please Help with Major Upgrade

Hello All,
Please I'm new with a InstallShield and i need some help with upgrade.
The problem is thats i fail to overwrite old installed files when i run upgrade.
How can i set files to be overwrite always when installations runs.

If you are doing a major upgrade. You need the upgrade code to be the same on the 2 Installs, but the product ID code needs to change.

If you are keeping the product ID code you need to up the version number on your files for them to be overwritten.
