Patch error

I create patch for major upgrade ,when i build patch it give error like

Val0003: This setup will perform a MAJOR upgrade of the referenced previous setup c:\installshield 2009 projects\testpatching\previous1\testpatching.msi
ISDEV : error Val0003: The setup needs to perform a Major Upgrade of the previous setup specified. However, the Upgrade Code for the previous setup '{4EBDA377-F91E-4D34-B3E8-8A354D1253CD}' is not in the upgrade table. An upgrade will not occur.

Please help is very urgent and could you explain me what i wrong!

Did you look at the corresponding Knowledge Base article? It can be found here.

That appears to be Symptom F, so follow Resolution F.
