What's the easiest way to present the user with the option to create a desktop shortcut on the last screen of the install UI sequence?

If you do it on the last dialog (the Finish dialog) it won't uninstall automatically. Instead, ask on one of the dialogs that are displayed before the execute sequence (before ReadyToInstall).
