OLEDB19.0 compatibility issue

Team,

I got the below error, i already installed OLEDB 19.0 in my machine and i try to install my setup. It was showing the error. If i use the OLEDB18.3 and 18.6 it will not show error, only for the 19.0 it will show error. 

Kindly suggest.

Error 27502.Could not connect to Microsoft SQLServer '(local)'. Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.
