.Net Scan at Build and .Net Framework File Location

I have to build a version of our .MSI for both .Net 3.5.1 and .Net 4

I currently have to set the .Net Framework File Location manually for each build

I would like to be able set this programmatically and build both versions at the same time

How do I do this?

You can do a system search and store the value in a property for further custom action usage.
