MultiLingual Installer
Hi all,
I was following the below tutorial link to do multilingual installer.
http://knowledge.macrovision.com/doc/Helpnet/installshield12helplib/GlobalizationTop.htm.
I have successfully created the installer and I am having problem now with the installation.
If the user chooses the language, for example, German at the language dialog , I only want those component under German language to be installed. Right now, it is not the case because it is based on the system language. the installer is installing the english version at the moment.
Is there any way to make it OS-Language independent and do the installation based on the language selected at the language dialog? If yes, how can i do so?
Thanks for the help.

Try ProductLanguage=1031 (for german) in your condition instead of SystemLanguageID=1031

The system language, SystemLanguageID detected by the installer is the language set at the regional settings.
Is there any way to detect the original OS language?
