I created the msi using InstallShield2021R2PremierComp, which contains the interface resources (3082) in Spanish. When my system language is set to Mexican Spanish (2058), the installation interface displays in English. When my system language is set to Spanish (3082) for Spain, it displays Spanish. When I made it into setup.exe and the system was set to Mexico, it automatically selected 3082 for me. How can I configure it so that the msi and setup.exe behave the same, and can automatically recognize Mexico and display Spanish.
