Localize product name, title and company name in Installscript project.

Hello Team,

We are using IS 2016. The project is Installscript based. We want to localize product name, title, company name for English and Chinese language. However, I am only able to set it to any of the one language. it is coming from general information tab. Is there a way to change above based on user selected language ? Please let me know.
