Issue when trying to transfer a license
Hello,
I have purchased a license of InstallShield 2014 the 16 oct. 2014, and I have installed it on a VM.
I don't want to use it anymore, and I want to transfer this license to a new VM. I tried to return the license via the "About" panel of InstallShiled 2014, but now I'm stuck because the online deactivation has failed and now InstallShield tells me when I start it:
I think that something wrong has happened during the process! So, is it possible for you to release the license in order for me to reinstall this software onto my new VM?

Did it say "returned successfully" when you tried returning via about dialog dialog?
You can give it a try via online way:
- TSConfig /return (TSConfig.exe you can find under ISINSTALLDIR\<IS_VERSION>(2014)\System
Offline way:
- TSConfig /return
- Process request via PLC1 (https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/offlineActivation)
- Set TransactionPendingKey to 2
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InstallShield\<version>\
- Launch InstallShield and load response and proceed
