Installshiled 2020 SP3 R1 - license activation issue

I activated InstallShield premium subscription 3 days back and it was working fine , today it got disconnected and InstallShield keeps asking to enter activation ID , even after successful activation , hence unable to launch InstallShield , this key has not been used on any other machine.

 

I tried to return license which also failed , so i am unable to reactivate as well , I have already raised a case for this , but there has been no response till now.
