Installshield Activation problem

Hi

we buy the product from reseller, I registered my License key it is successfully registered. I try to activate the Installshield 2010 it throws the Error 20661.

Please help for the same...

Are you still seeing this? In some cases, it takes some time (minutes) for a reseller serial number to become available for activation.
