I just upgraded to 2024 R1 and whenever I add a new shortcut to my basic MSI install the application freezes up. I have tried various different ways to add a new shortcut but all of them lock up the application.
P.S. Installshield 2024 is not in the labels list.
I was able to finally able to add a shortcut. I suspect a third party app was blocking the browse dialog to display in a timely fashion. Our company has recently rolled out "Sentinel" and I suspect that is the reason for the app locking up.
