IS 2023 R1 prerequisite flagged as a virus

Some of our customers noticed our setup.exe being flagged as being dangerous/containing a virus when scanned with various antivirus applications.  The InstallShield prerequisite file below where this is the specific file that is being flagged as being problematic.  

CyberReason and Symantec Enterprise detects it as a virus.  

Any idea what I need to do to address the problem?

Program: InstallShield 2023 R1 Standalone Build - version 29.0.23
