Installshield 2016 Reactivation - Error 0 .... java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: /usr/local/licensing/mvsn/lmcrypt: not found

Hello, 

I have receive request to reactivate Installshield 2016, but when I attempt to reactivate, I have an error message:

Error 0 - Activation of Activation Code XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ-AAAA failed:
java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: /usr/local/licensing/mvsn/
Imcrypt: not found.

I have changed the licence information.

I have the same error by the off line activation in activate.xml file:
java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: /usr/local/licensing/mvsn/lmcrypt: not found

I don't know why there is this error ??
Do you have a response for this problem because my Installshield is stopped !!
