Installer created using InstallShield LE requires external files?
Hello,
I just installed InstallShield Limited Edition after upgrading to VS 2015.
Very slick interface!
After I build my .msi, I copied it to a new machine but the installer complained that the files required for the installation were missing.
On the build machine, there is a 'program files' folder under the installer with a hierarchy of folders containing the files to be installed on the user's computer.
How can I add these files to the .msi so I only have to distribute one file to a user?
M

Hi,
In the Release view > Build, tab, there is a Compression option.
Set that to Compressed and you will get a single MSI/setup.exe file.
