InstallShield Unicode support ?

Does is2008 support unicode ? In SdAskPath dialog I entered a path with some chinese characters but installshield failed to recognize the characters.

I found that there is no unicode support in installshield, that's great. How is this possible for an application like this ? Even NSIS the free installer supports unicode.
