create a browse dialog in a basic msi project !

Hi,

i use installshield 2008 with basic msi project and i want to create a browse dialog for to select a file.

I've found an article on internet but this article is for installscript project 😞 !

Someone can tell me how i can do the same thing in basic msi project !?
