InstallShield Standalone Build Perpetual License

Hello Team,

I am having  InstallShield Standalone Build Perpetual License 

We have two un-used license but I am not able to install / assign this

Please help to let me know how to resolve it

• Did you generate license files?
• Are you facing problem during building files?

We tried activating the license key in below way:

1. Once after installing InstallShield, it will be asking for activation code.
2. Initially given the serial number we seen on the website
3. When we give this to activate from InstallShield seen invalid format issue please refer the attachment for the same.
4. And we have an option to register this serial number and get the activation key in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format.
5. So tried registering the serial number from link suggested, however the activation code is not generated.
6. Error seen while registering, the serial number given is not valid or it is already used for activation.
