InstallShield MSI project continually thinks that it has not been converted to 2011

I just recently upgraded from InstallSheild 2010 Professional to InstallShield 2011, and when I open my InstallShield MSI project, it continually thinks that it has not been converted and will upgrade the project even though it has already done it before and it was saved - any ideas how to resolve this issue

Is the SaveAsSchema property set in the InstallShield table in this project (this table can be viewed in the Direct Editor)? If so, you can try removing the value with Orca (InstallShield may work with the project open, but I don't recall since the SaveAsSchema value is cached on project open) then reopen and save the project again in InstallShield.
