InstallShield Lite Perpetual License purchase

Hello,

We bought an InstallShield Lite Perpetual License on June 9 and we received nothing from the server, neither confirmation email nor license number.

Has there been a problem on the server this day ?

Apparently there is no way to retrieve the purchase information as it was not asked to create an account.
