InstallShield Limited Edition download

I am trying to download the limited edition for Visual Studio. I get to the web page and start entering the information, but I can only enter part of the information and when I try to just continue and download, I get an error message that says I need to fill in all the information. What do I need to do to get this downloaded?

I'm having a simular issue where I filled out the info and throws an error yet creates my account.Where the hell is the download link and file?

I was able to register successfully using Chrome Version 44.0.2357 and IE 11
