Having an issue with InstallShield Express. using Visual Studio 2015. When I build an installation project, I get the following error that pops up in a new code tab:

Error Code 20
the proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP Connection timeout.
I'm just creating a simple installation file for a simple console application. Any idea what might be causing this???
