InstallShield LE 2015 Hangs at end of installation

Running a setup file from InstallShield LE 2015 on a Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1 laptop. The software is successfully installed (I can run the application), but InstallShield LE hangs at the "Installing" phase. It will sit there for hours and never come back. I'm using a single image install file, and it is relatively small - 27MB. I've tried both installing from a server, and copying the setup file to a local folder. The TEMP folder is C:\temp, so the path is not too long. I have 150GB free space on the installation drive.

Any ideas why this is happening? Where can I find a log file to troubleshoot.

If the install is hanging, try creating a verbose install log and check what is the last action taken.
