InstallShield Delete Directory and Contents Before New Install
We are working with InstallShield 2011. We currently place a directory with some updated files under c:\IMAGE. We now have a directory with a bunch of old and new files.
We have never done this before with Installshield and would like to be able to delete all files in the c:\IMAGE directory before we recopy the new files down. We also have a need to learn how to delete a directory.
I'm assuming we would use a custom action, but we are not sure what to do to include this in an MSI. Does anyone have any examples of something easy we can look at? Thanks.

We have changed our company name, so we need to delete the original install folder and create a new one in the c:\program files (x86), but if we do an upgrade, we end up with both folders. Has anyone figured this out yet?
