InstallShield 2014 Express stopped working. Reactivation is not working.
Hello,
My 2 years ago bought InstallShield 2014 Express suddenly stopped working. It requires reactivation and automatic reactivation is not working. It gives error "51406 Fulfillment record is disabled". Offline activation gives me activation.xml but I have no idea what to do with it. At the end of the offline registration dialog says that product is now registered but it still opens activation wizard when I try to start it. How I can get InstallShield started again?

looks like this is a conman issue. :mad:
i have also had the same issue but am unable to get hold of the support team as i don't have a maintenance plan.
please advise how i would go about resolving the problem :rolleyes:
