I have 2019 Premier edition, thats not on your "Labels"
It's not possible to download Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributabel <= 2010
From 2012 to 2017 all are ok to download

It looks like Microsoft have changed the URL's to download the earlier C++ redistributables.
For example for the prerequisite C++ 2008 SP1 x86 - we are trying to download the vcredist_x86.exe from this url:http://download.microsoft.com/download/d/d/9/dd9a82d0-52ef-40db-8dab-795376989c03/vcredist_x86.exe
If you try to manually go to that link you'll see its no longer valid.
If you find the c++ redists that you want by searching the Microsoft website you can manually download them and add the .exe installers to the prerequisites yourself.
