How to convert InstallScript project to basic MSI project?

Hi, I have installed Premier InstallShiled 2018.
In order to build UWP App package, I would like to convert my project type from InstallScript project to Basic MSI project.
I found the following description in InstallShield 2018 Help Library:

Convert InstallScript project to Basic MSI project
Use Repackager to convert an InstallScript project to a Basic MSI project.
Edition • Repackager is included with AdminStudio.

To use the Repackager, Should I install AdminStudio? Or is there any updates for Premier InstallShield 2018 to convert project?
Is there any document for Repackager to convert an InstallScript project to a Basic MSI project?

I have used the Repacking wizard in Repackager to convert the project type from InstallScript project to Basic MSI project and it worked.
