How to check for update?(2012 spring > InstallScript MSI project)
Hi all,
I'm trying to make a installer of our program using Installscript MSI(2012 Spring version).
And I want to use 'Check for Update' function inside of program, is it possible?
of course I already noticed it seems possible if I use 'Installation Information > Update Notifications'.
But, it looks like only for users who purchased "FLEXnet Connect".
I want to know the way that I can use 'Check for update' from 2012 spring version without "FLEXnet Connect"
Although we provide 'check for update' function by using "TrueUpdate 3.0" now,
if Installshield 2012 sprint version provides the function to use 'check for update', I really want to use it.
Thanks

The built-in check for updates functionality in InstallShield requires the use of FlexNet Connect
