How to change "Preparing To Install" Dialog's background image and MSI Icon

Hello,
I create Basic Msi Project and I could not find a way to change "Preparing To Install" Dialog's background image and related icon which can be seen on image below. Is there a way to find solution for these two cases.

The background is easily changed by going to:
Dialogs
Themes
Select a different theme.
Don't know about the icon.

In a Basic MSI project, the icon in the upper left corner is coming from the operating system (Windows Installer) and can't be changed.
