How do i reactive Installshield 2011?

I have installed Installshield 2011 in my notebook before.  The system show reactive Installshield now.  How do i reactive Installshield? Please help me, thanks.

Try reactivate InstallShield, if its not working you can contact Revenera support to get help on this:

Hi banna_k,

I  have filled in the information at the following website before but i did not receive any reply.   I don't know who can help me.

I have tried offline activation and it will show activation complete. When I reopen Installshield, the system still request reactivation  Installshield.
