Hebrew strings not translated
I need to add Hebrew support for my MSI project, but I noticed that not all strings in the Hebrew string table are translated.
This can be seen in the file "1037 (UNICODE).txt" under C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2009\Languages. For instance, almost all strings from IDS_ERROR_2501 through IDS_ERROR_2945 are in English. Shouldn't all strings be translated? Does InstallShield plan on fully translating those strings?

Our Hebrew translators informed us that not all English strings have Hebrew equivalents, and that leaving some of the strings in English is standard practice. So, as I understand it, this is expected behavior.
