Free Express edition of InstallShield

Hi,

Is there any free express edition of installshield available just to build the .ism file instead of designing or modifying the existing .ism file

The Premier edition of InstallShield has a "standalone build system" that you can use to rebuild projects; the online help has details. (I'm not aware of an equivalent for InstallShield Express, though.)
