Error -7261 Platform(s) not supported
Hi,
I've converted a project from IS 5.5 Prof. (script) to
IS 2011 Prof. using an evaluation version of IS 2011 Prof..
Executing the build causes some warnings concerning
constants and one error -7261 "Platform(s) not suppor-
ted".
As well setting Platform(s) to "all platforms supported"
as selecting only Windows XP ("only platforms checked")
caused the same error message at build.
May this be caused by the "old" operating
systems (Windows 98 and NT 4.0) which
are preselected when executing the assis-
tant for creating new media in IS 5.5?
Warnings concerning string entries in the
"ressources"-tab of the IS 5.5-project
might be ignored, I think.
Is there a way to manually change the
selection of platforms in a config file of
the project?
Regards
Wolfgang

Hi,
I just executed the "Release Wizard" in the "Build"-menue, and the error occured no more.
It was irritating that "Build"/"Build Default" was selectable before, just after converting the project from IS 5.5 Prof. to IS 2011 Prof..

Thank You, i ran into a similar problem after upgrading project from i think was 5.5 also... to version IS 2012, and going through the wizard is the only thing that fixed the problem.
