Error 1316 when upgrading

"Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\InstallShield 2010 Projects\SampleProject\Product Configuration 1\Release 1\DiskImages\DISK1\is214.tmp"

I get this error during upgrade after clicking directly on setup.exe.

I also have a problem trying to build the installation; I get an unknown source error and the installer exits. How do I fix this?
