Email address for offline verification of serial number

I have uninstalled Installshield2008 from my old system and installed it on my new system. Online verification of the serial number is rejected and the email address for offline verification is no longer valid. What i th eemail addrwss that you send offline verification requests to currently?

Please email your request to installshieldsupport@installshield.com, and include something like "InstallShield Activation" in your subject line.
