How to create a System DSN entry?

I have been performing Google searches until I am dizzy on how to achieve this in IS Pro 2010. All the results the searches have turned up say how to do this using older versions of IS. Reference is made to using the ODBC object but I cannot see such an object in the Installation Designer for my InstallScript project. Any suggestions, or am I on a hiding to nothing?

You probably need to download the installation that adds the ODBC object to your machine. The following page has the redistributable downloads:
http://www.flexerasoftware.com/products/installshield/files-utilities.htm
